He is appointed as a Special Public Prosecutor by the State Government through Home Ministry. He has extensive knowledge and experience in arbitration, MSME, High Court Original and Appellate Side, and National Green Tribunal platforms, currently practicing criminal civil, family, consumer, and environmental problems.

Advocate Tanuja Jadhav is a highly skilled attorney who has managed the legal compliance of international corporations and has knowledge in corporate law. She is appointed as Panel Advocate by NBFCs, National Banks & Private Banks. She is a Foreign litigation & Compliance manager for Several Entities across US. She has been working in Pune since 2014 and has handled cases before the State Collector, JMFC, Family Court, DRT, District Court, and Consumer Court.

She is empanelled as a Child Independent Lawyer at the Family Court, Pune, and holds multiple certifications in counselling and legal training.
